Finally, home time, your favorite movie begins. Only a snack is missing. How about the chips, but the healthy chips? It’ll only take you 10 minutes to get your chips on the table, but, I have to warn you, the plantain chips are addictive.
Ingredients
- 1000 g green plantains
- 500 ml peanut oil
- salt
Instructions
- For cooked banana chips, first remove the skin from the cooked bananas and cut them crosswise into 10-12 elongated slices. Rub with a little salt. Heat the oil and fry the banana pieces on both sides until golden brown.
- Remove the banana pieces and drain on a kitchen roll. Nibble the banana chips while still warm.
- That’s it. 🙂
