This keto blue homemade cheese dressing is so creamy and perfect for salad or meat. This is a quick& easy recipe and it is super tasty.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup yogurt ( I recommend greek yogurt)
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • heavy whipping cream or water
  • salt and paper

Instructions

  1. Put the cheese in a bowl and cut into coarse pieces with a fork.
  2. Add yogurt and mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Leave to sit for a few minutes to allow the aromas to evolve.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, dilute with water or whipped cream.
