This keto blue homemade cheese dressing is so creamy and perfect for salad or meat. This is a quick& easy recipe and it is super tasty.
- 3/4 cup yogurt ( I recommend greek yogurt)
- 150 g blue cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- heavy whipping cream or water
- salt and paper
- Put the cheese in a bowl and cut into coarse pieces with a fork.
- Add yogurt and mayonnaise and mix well.
- Leave to sit for a few minutes to allow the aromas to evolve.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, dilute with water or whipped cream.
